Refund Return Policy

All products are sold “as is”, the customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds/returns will be issued. 

Cancellation Policy

For orders not yet shipped and received

You can cancel your order prior to entering the “processing” phase (usually within 1-2 business days of purchase). The “Processing” phase is when your order has been assigned a product and is preparing to ship.

If, under special circumstances, you are granted a refund in the “processing” or “shipping” phase, any refunds will not include the shipping fees paid if the product had shipped
