Franchisee Obligations
- All materials used in NOVO WAVO & suppliers should be approved from the franchiser
- Design, furniture and machines to be approved from the franchiser
- Adhere to the principles and instructions stipulated in the franchise manual, including recipes, SOPs, safety procedures and customer service
- Commitment to Training and random checkups for evaluation and development according to Training procedures of NOVO WAVO
- Set up and manage the franchise business in accordance with the instructions of NOVO WAVO as using all forms and reports of NOVO WAVO
