Our approach at Novo Wavo merges two different strategies which are on the extreme end of the spectrum: American innovation in coffee business and Italian style, art & genuinity. The American Coffee concept is represented by innovation products and expanding coffee menus by developing ever new drinks. The Italian Roasting is a symbiosis of art and science, just as the originators of espresso and espresso machines with a touch of art and Italian style.
